Dance Valley 2007

Since its baptism of fire in 1995, Dance Valley has steadily grown to be one of the most trend-setting dance festivals in the world. Starting as a rather intimate open-air party, by 2001 the event had grown out of its seams with more than 90,000 party people. Although the size of the festival has changed drastically in the last thirteen years, its organisation has evolved to match. The original principle of Dance Valley has remained largely the same though: a broad reflection of the dance climate which is dominant at that moment. Dance Valley Festival 2007 was the festive setting for a gigantic circus where during thirteen hours, everyone was able to wander without a sense of time or place, losing themselves in the fifteen diverse areas, all tied together by the common thread of the mass appealing circus theme. After the past two double-features in 2005 and 2006, the festival in Spaarnwoude returned to its original form this year.
